Flux Mechanic MCN-UV10 10cc

Mechanic MCN-UV10 10cc flux paste is a mixture of high quality alloy powder and resinous gel, which is used for mounting BGA, SMD, PGA, PCA and NAND components.

Mechanic MCN-UV10 flux paste has a high viscosity and is halogen free. May leave a small pale yellow residue that can be easily washed off after soldering. Does not oxidize, does not conduct current.
