1. Each chip can only be activated once, and activated chips are not available for after-sales. The activation status can be checked by connecting the module socket to the platform.

2. Tinned or soldered chips are not available for after-sales.

3. Chips not produced by our company are not available for after-sales. The anti-counterfeiting code on the packaging and the chip SN code can be verified for authenticity through the platform.

4. If the chip is damaged or unrecognizable when received, you can apply for after-sales service, but it must be confirmed by business and after-sales technical support.
